All I want for Christmas is a cyber-tronic chalkboard.

This article is about schools with interactive chalkboards called "smart boards". It is set in Minnesota. Several schools now have smart boards and that many districts now plan to have a smart board in all classrooms.A smart board combines a computer, a projector and a white board into a piece of technology that students and teachers can manipulate with the touch of a finger. And the color, movement, sound and participation all come without messy chalk, stinky dry-erase markers and copies of transparencies.

As I was looking for articles to write about, I found this really interesting article about smart boards. We were discussing the smart board technology in one of my other classes so I was already interested in it. I was very surprised to see this article and pleased that I already knew a little about what they were talking about. It would be nice to teach in a class room that was equipped with the latest technologies such as a smart board.
